Get Lead Online Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our lead generation services. Here’s our policy to ensure a fair understanding:

Cancellations within 3 Days

  • If you cancel your Get Lead Online service within the first 3 days of your initial payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

Cancellations after 3 Days

  • If you cancel after the initial 3-day period, the following applies:
    • You’ll be charged for the work we’ve completed on your lead generation campaign.
    • The remaining balance of your payment will be refunded to your original payment account within 45 days of cancellation.
    • A transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount based on your payment method:
      • Bank Transfer: No transaction fee will be applied.
      • Online Payment Gateway: A 3% transaction fee will be deducted.

Renewal Cancellations

  • To cancel the renewal of your service, please notify us at least 10 days before your next billing cycle begins.
  • Cancellations made after your billing cycle starts will incur charges for work done during that month.

Unused Services

  • Even if you do not actively use our lead generation services after signing up, you are still obligated to fulfill your payment agreement.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 45 days of cancellation and credited back to the payment method you used, minus any applicable transaction fees.
